Adjustment of Vibrating Power

Adjustment of vibrating power, back out the shield, unscrew the bolt outside of the eccentricity part. Eccentricity parts of both sides should be run the same way, making the reticle on the axes aim at the needed value on the eccentricity part. Screw the bolt of eccentricity part and install the shield. 

The product shall be equipped within the vibrating machine firmly. After installation, check the cable impacting devices on the mainframe and base, cable between them hangs naturally, the total length is suitable between 300-500mm, radius of bend arc should be between 700-750mm. The motor shall revolve connecting 50HZ alternating current, check whether turning matches the requirement, or the turning shall be changed. For beeline vibrating equipment, revolving ways of the two vibrating motors should be opposite.  

After installation, operation within 100 hours is first operation period. During such a period, the bottom bolt shall be screwed one more time each shift. The electricity-controlled system shall be equipped with credible protection device. Credible grounding shall be equipped.
