SZF series linear vibrating screen (abbreviated as linear screen) uses vibrating motor vibration as vibration source, so that the material is thrown on the screen, while moving forward linear motion. The material evenly enters the feed inlet of the screening machine, and a plurality of screen materials are produced through the multilayer screen, and the screen materials are discharged from the respective outlets. The equipment is mainly installed in a seat (also can be designed as a hanging installation according to the user's requirements), multi-layer screening, through a reasonable match screen, can simultaneously filter out a variety of different specifications of the product. The process of changing the screen is simple and the equipment is easy to operate. Widely used in abrasive, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, food, medicine, resin powder, ceramic raw materials and other industries.

The main structure
This equipment mainly consists of screen body part, screen frame, vibration motor, support device and so on.
1. screen body part：All parts of the sieve body are made of rolled steel plate and profile welded (parts are bolted together). The overall rigidity is good, firm and reliable.
2. screen frame：The frame is stainless steel pull screen frame or wooden structure, light and durable, the screen is a wire braid square hole screen.
3. vibration motor：This equipment uses a general-purpose vibration motor, the eccentric block at both ends of the motor can be adjusted, it can be applied to different amplitude requirements.
4. support device：It is composed of a lower frame (composed of channel steel welding) and supporting springs, the screen angle can be changed by changing the bearing height. And the lower frame and the vibration part are connected by the support spring, which has obvious vibration reduction effect.
