The trajectory of the GLS type linear probability screen is a straight line, which adopts a multi-layer large-angle screen surface. The inclination of the screen surface is increased from top to bottom. Using the probability theory, the screen size is larger than the required screen size, which is generally 1.2 to 2.2 times, which greatly improves the Sieving efficiency and production capacity. Our company has successfully developed a fine-grained, fully-enclosed probability sieve according to the requirements for the screening of iodized salt, it can also be used in light industry, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, food, food and other industries for dry screening of fine-grained, powdered materials. The series of screens adopts dual-motor self-synchronous dragging with adjustable excitation force. It has the advantages of small size, important lightness, low power consumption, low noise, easy blocking of sieve holes, no dust pollution, convenient installation and maintenance, and high screening efficiency. This series of sieves is divided into three to six layers, which can meet the requirements for the separation of four to seven kinds of products. It can also be used to sieve a product in multiple layers to achieve a large output. The screen box has anti-corrosion type (stainless steel) and common type, and the screen surface is steel wire mesh. Hot die forging press adopts robot automatic conveying device.
