The vibration acceleration is less than 20G. The environmental temperature shall be lower than 40℃. Power shall be reduced if the environmental temperature of the product is higher than 40℃.

Power of mainframe cannot exceed the value regulated on the nameplate, otherwise, the power should be reduced. 

The product could be operated continuously for long time.

The altitude cannot exceed 1000 meters when the product is operated, if the altitude is between 1000-4000 meters, rating temperature shall reduce 0.5℃ per 100 meters increased. 

Main configuration and working principle 

The product is composed with special designed motor and eccentricity part, as the motor circumvolving, eccentricity part produces vibrating power and transfers it to vibrating machines through motor. 

Both ends of the axes are equipped with two sector eccentricity parts, to regulate the angle and vibrating power.
